Disappointing!
2021 and one is still experiencing such horrible service from Bonitas how?!!!!...... consultants hanging up phones on clients nor calling back when one has specifically specified that I HAVE AN EMERGENCY!.... I wouldn't recommend this medical aid to anyone shame, in fact most people I know complain about it..... Cannot wait to cancel!
