Disappointing and unprofessional service

Since Momentum has taken over, claims are a nightmare and not resolved or settled and taking forever to attend to queries. I have been taken from pillar to post for weeks now. To say that I’m frustrated would honestly be an understatement. Speech therapy and occupational therapy are taken from daily benefits … I have the benefit booster which should also cover daily benefits, now why were my claims rejected? This is really disappointing. I’ve been with you guys for 17 years and never have I experienced such heartbreak and disappointment with you guys. I’m honestly out of words and really considering moving to a better m/a because since you moved to momentum, you’ve been really a headache to deal with. I had to pay the providers out of my own pocket, had to cut some household essentials and that is still a mission to get my money back to this day. I need my money back please! Pity, I can’t give a zero star because that’s what you deserve.
