Disappointed with the service
I really am regretting using Bonitas recently. My son is ADHD and for the sessions before him being diagnosed, the fund could pay for the sessions with the psychologist under mental health.
Now to ensure that he gets the best care and treatment, it was advised that he start seeing an Occupational the******, and to my surprise, they do not cover that under Mental Health for some reason, and my request to add this as PMB was declined.
The sessions are for only 6 months, and they act like we do not pay monthly payments to ensure that we are always covered.
It's sad that we pay, and when they decline the requests, they do not even recommend what other steps you can follow. I used to love this medical aid but now thinking twice.
