Disappointed new member.

I joined bonitas beginning of August this year switching from doscovery. Since I've joined.. I receive almost daily spam emails stating they would get to my query when I haven't even sent anything... You can't even reply to those no reply mails..

Secondly this pass weekend, I get a sms that my membership has been terminated.... Without my request!!!!

I go an query it with the person that assisted me by joining this medical aid... This evening I get a no reply email stating my membership is reinstated... N sorry for the inconvenience???... Firstly... Why was it canceled in the first place when I didn't request anything to be canceled? This is very concerning... And I don't feel like I can trust bonitas, It now makes me want to really cancel my membership before I can even use it.

I want to know why was my membership canceled when I did not request it.. And why am I receiving mails that are spam
