Disappointed
Honestly disapponted in Bonitas.. I wanted to join thus medical scheme, but the lack of information that the sales guys have is unbelievable. They dont seem to know there own product. Ready to shift me off to different departments so they dont have to dealnwith my query.
Does bonitas not want business? I called in as an eager client wanting to take out medical aid, the sales person made me loose trust in the company before i could even get my questions answered.
Disapointed - il stick with Discovery - i now understand why they the leading medical schene in SA
Service means everything. Im shocked.
I called 3 times!! As an eager client...im still not signed up? Lol
