DISAPPOINTED
I wend to the Dr because my eye is red, swollen and it is painful. Unfortunately the Dr could not attend to me as the claim was declined. I then called to find out more information and was on line till I ran out of airtime. I then tried the whatsapp method which is highly recommended by them but to my disappointment I moved from number 3 to 1 quickly but was number from 13h26 up untli 16h23 when they told me that I must start again. At 13H48 I tried to check if I am still on the que but the response was I am in the que. I am not sure what I need to do to get the explaination.

26 May 2023, 10:40This morning I once again called ***to ask for assistance and the frustration was the same as yesterday. All I need is to get advise on how I can get my eyes be looked at by the Dr. Yesterday it was only the right eye and this morning unfortunately the left eye is infected as well.
