Disappointed
I am a member since 1 September 2025 and am still waiting for my chronic medication. All I have is an expensive airtime bill. Just spent another 40 minutes with Matthew who then transferred me to July of Marrara Pharmacy who couldn't help me as they about to "knock off ". All I got is escalation upon escalation with no medication
