Disappoint me one more time Bonitas/Medscheme
Bonitas still has not resolved my issues and once again no one takes accountability.
When you enquire, you get an auto-response generated reference number. I've lost track of the multiple reference numbers they have been giving me for the same enquiry.
Medscheme/Bonitas should just close shop if they have no interest in providing a service because at this point service provision just seems to be a "suggestion" to them. I have given them plenty of time and opportunity to resolve this and the only time anything is done or an attempt made at doing something about it, is when I send a Hello Peter complaint (really appreciate this platform).

You can't just pick and choose what to address in a trailing complaint. There are several components to my initial enquiry which have not been addressed. This enquiry dates as far back as January 2025 and you need to go through the entire trail of emails to understand what it is I have been enquiring about.
I am appalled by the way in which there appears to be no interconnectedness to your approach in resolving queries.
You can't just pick and choose what to address in a trailing complaint. There are several components to my initial enquiry which have not been addressed. This enquiry dates as far back as January 2025 and you need to go through the entire trail of emails to understand what it is I have been enquiring about.
I am appalled by the way in which there appears to be no interconnectedness to your approach in resolving queries.
