Disabled with ongoing PMB related to condition is denied foot orthotics
Send a email on 28 March 2018 to Bonitas wrt a pmb related condition on which hospital authorization foot orthotics has been denied, I received a replay confirmation M ********** 794 on attending to my query. Needless to say NO answer. Logged a Helloper complaint with Bonitas feedback “currently investigation” Almost 4 weeks later NO FEEDBACK on both complaint via email neither Hellopeter. They HAVE MY EMAIL ADRESS AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS. ********** 1815
