Disabled with ongoing PMB related to condition is denied foot orthotics

I recieved my hospital authorisation BUT on Annexure par 2 It state NO benefit for foot orthotics due to prior auth and managed health care. Crazy I am a hemiplegic, and my ongioing pmb states cleary my disabled condition, dus my needs is clear. Every operation so far is as a result of my disability. Due to my feet deformity a custom brace must be made after every feet operations as a normal brace can not be used a NEW brace is made to support my NEW feet position and limit spasms, I use it 24 hours a day. My orthotis CH van der Westhuizen makes this custom braces. Prevouis braces made by him was paid . My perimeter around my ankle and lower leg is 19cm and without a brace I broke bones when falling down.I am 44 years old and have osteo artritis as well. WHAT TO DO?
