DIRESPECTFUL CONSULTANT

<p>So I call Bonitas because i need to change my opition but prior to that i went on the website and requested a call back up unitl now nobody called me so i decide to call through as i require more enough with the opition i would like to change to. I speak to a consultant Natheer expaining i need more inforamtion he tells me i cant change it, i told him i am well aware but i require more information. I told him if he cannot listen then we are going to have a problem he tried to argue with me and got rude, so i just asked for his name and surname as well as a reference . His response we not allowed to give out surnames and there is no reference for this call. You would think that the sales consulants would be much more friendly and more excited to assist but no it just proved it when nobody called me back.</p>
