Did'nt pay for flu injection

The Pharmacy let me know that they received the flu injections. When me and my wife went to be injected Bonitas said that there is no funds available for my wife. I then query the fund because it is the middle of March.<br> There answer to me was that my wife received an flu injection on the 4th of Jan 2016.<br> The flu injections was only available the middle of March.<br> My wife was bitten by a dog in December and she received a series of 5 injections and the last one was the one on the 4th of Jan 2016.<br> HaHaHa they did not refuse to pay for the ones in December and said that she already received a flu injection.<br> That is the kind of people we as beneficeries had to deal with.
