Did not accept Bonitas quotation but still they did take the money from my bank account

Did asked for a quotation to join Bonitas. I was not happy with the outcome Nd did not accept he Medical aid. In Desember I received an email that the debited order will go of on the 2nd of January. I call Bonitas and they confirmed everything was canceled on there's side. This morning when going into my account the debit order went through my account. So now I am sitting with no money because of Bonitas
