Dependants not covered for the whole month

My hubby resigned from his job as at the 31st of May. I then app**** to add my hubby and children to my med aid Bonitas. I submitted application in April as adviced by the Bonitas Rep Micah and requested that my dependants be covered from the 1st of June. On the 1st of June my 5 yr daughter had chicken pox and my 4 yr son drank pills and lucky I just received my cards. Only to find they are only covered from the 1st of July. After the premium has been taken from my salary. I then called Bonitas on the 2nd, since then I have been waiting. I now have a second member sick. The call centre had guts to tell me I must use cash after they have taken my cash. i have been seeing emails around asking whether to refund me or change the date to the 1st of June, and no one is telling me what to do so long. Yoh I am so disappointed and frustrated at the same time. Reinstating the date or refunding me so I can have cash for doctors is taking so long. Whenever I call I am told to call again. They can't even call. Everyweek I am collecting reference no's, the latest is 150615QDDXFH I spoke to Winston.
