Dental Administrator Denis - useless support! non existent!

In October last year I inquired about dentist network list as I was not winning on their website. It took over a week for them to revert to me, after having to followed up a couple of times, only to notify me that my query is being handled by Dental Administrator Denis. Have never received any feedback from this Dental Administrator Denis - this is even after sending follow up emails to ***, ***, ***.

Last week Wednesday, 28.01.2026, I sent an email with dental codes for pre-authorisation on Bonitas online query and on Monday, 02 .02.2026, I receive an email that this query will be handled by Dental Administrator Denis. Still yet to receive anything from Dental Administrator Denis, 3 days later.

This is so so disappointing as my son has had this tooth issue for over 3 months now and I cannot seem to get much assistance from this Denis thing. My medical aid scheme is Bonitas, they should deal with this third party ****.

Surely there's a better way.
