DELAYING MY SURGERY CAN'T GET AUTHORISATION FROM YOU!!!!!!!!!

MOMENTUM ADMINISRATIVE WAS YOUR WORST MOVE HONESTLY!!! The fact that you are now trying to delay my surgery tomorrow is ridiculous!!!! There is absolutely no service delivery from Bonitas what so ever, quick to take my money every month but cant give authorization for my surgery. I am not walking another week with this pain get your act together and give us what we pay you for.
