Delayed Refund
I changed medical aid from bonitas savings to Fedhealth savings. Bonitas is supposed to refund me my savings and transfer the savings amount to Fedhealth and I completed the paperwork in January. They started by sending me one email again and again. They confirmed that they got the documents I have sent. When I complained they said I must ignore. Every time I called they asked the same questions and nothing was done. They promised to call me back but it never happened. We are in May and still no refund
