DELAYED AUTHORISATION
<p>I requested authorisation by email on 22 July 2016 and have followed up on 8 August 2016 only to be told that my request is still being attended to. I am now waiting almost a month for query number 080616QSYZZK to be resolved and for feedback regarding my requested authorisation. Can management please investigate this incompetence? </p>
