Delay with MSA Refund

I have been waiting for approximately 3 months for my refund of my medical savings balance from Bonitas after terminating my medical aid with them. I terminated membership in December 2024 and there is a mandatory 4 month waiting period before refunds are processed. Last email from Bonitas on 9th July read as follows : " Please note that your savings refund has been prepared and sent for approval to the Finance Department for final verification". That was 20 days ago with no further correspondence nor a response to my follow up mail on 18th July.
