Delay tactics!
All I see is a delay tactic being played by Bonita's. Im trying to claim for simple GP visits and Physio visit for January. I have sent emails, spoken to consultants, tried social media, but to no avail. They say please email us details and then they ignore you for weeks! Bonitas, get your act together! Call me and sort out the issue! I call my doctor and pysio and they have provided all the required details like codes! What is the real issue! My next steps is the ombudsman!
