Delay by Bonitas with my refund

It is almost a month now since I have lodged my claim with Bonitas claims department. It is all good when they deduct money from my bank account every month and quick to tell you that if there are no funds they will cancel medical aid but when I need to get my refund, it is acceptable to take forever to pay me back. Bonitas claims department PAY MY REFUND!
