Definitely a "Scheme"
<p>With Bonitas and Liberty medical aid amalgamating I was astound to find out that if I go to a similar scheme from Liberty to Bonitas, 1 of my sons chronic medicine wont be covered. I gave Liberty a call and they cant assist and advised I need to call Bonitas then I was told to phone back Liberty and talk to the Chronic department. WOW what a way to amalgamate, imagine the service we will receive next year......... Anyway, i was told that only asthma will be covered now on the "similar" package and I have only two choices, pay the R300 every month out of my savings for the chronic medicine or go on another plan that will cover and its ONLY R1300 more per month. In this day and age who has that extra!!!! So be careful of Bonitas, they will silently ***** us over, and yet we were told that the amalgamation would benifit all of us, blatant lies!!!!! Great work by starting your amalgamaion in a pathetic way not considering the middle class people who most probably contributes to a great deal of your profits!!! To all of you out there considering Bonitas, please read carefully before considering.....</p>

How long does it take to get back to me? Thanks for just proving to everyone what service we will be expecting from you guys. I now received a membership number, I have no clue what my plan will be or what you will force on to me. I registered on you web site to maybe get a hint but after the registration process I try to login and get the message "Invalid username or password." I hope that everyone realises that our hands are cut off when it comes to Medical Aid Schemes and Bonitas just don't care about their new customers!
