Deeply dissappointed.

I am deeply dissappointed in Bonitas. I pay about R5000 per month for medical cover to ensure that my family and I have sufficient cover for medical coverage. My wife and I were involved in a motor accident and my wife broke her pelvic. She went to the hospital the trauma unit and they examined her to see the extent of her injuries. They had to do Xrays and was sent to do an MRI and then referred to a specialist. She was then scheduled to be operated on due to her injuries. Everything went smoothly until the medical bills started piling up. Our day to day benefit has been exhausted we dont know how, because we believed that everything that was done in the trauma ward was taken from the different benefits from the medical. We pay about R60000.00 and more per year on medical aid and yet we still sitting with more bills. How is this possible? Whats the use then of having medical aid if we still have to stress about medical bills. I would understand if it was small things that the medical did not cover.
