Deductions without permission

My Wife is on boncap . The beginning of this month her debit payment went through WHICH IS R655.00 With an additional charge of R900.00 extra . She then called Bonitas to enquire why they debited the R900,00 amount of her account and the lady said it is for a form that my wife did not fill in and emailed to them . She also advised my wife that they will charge my wife the amount R900 plus her medical aid contributions of R655.00 if my wife did not email the form AND IF MY WIFE FILLED IN THE FORM THEY WONT REFUND HER THE R900.00. I just think it is ********* off bonitas to deduct money off your account without your permission. Plus this medical aid also does not cover some of her medication which is also unfair . I am disappointed and disgusted that these services providers can go and deduct money off your account without your permission because that is theft. How can you charge a person R900 for not filling in a form<br> <br> I just want to warm other people out there on this medical aid.
