Deducting funds as they please.
We have been put on high income bracket Dec '14 AFTER submitting documents on time. Problem was sorted out in Jan '15, even got call to appoligise the mistake they recieved everything. Now after 2 months R1800 was deducted AGAIN because we did not submit our documents in time. Without notice or warning just took the money.
