Deducted extra and not being credited

All the emails regarding the update in monthly contribution ended up in my spam folder which gets deleted immediately. I was not aware I should send my payslip until my husband commented about receiving a phone call requesting him to forward his documents immediately. I went through my emails and found nothing, but I got everything together and sent it through. I received confirmation(closure query 120315Q7L1N9) that the adjustment was made but nothing regarding the R303 that I was overcharged. I lodged a call today 180315Q7S217, to find out if I will be credited the amount. The answer was no since I gave the information late. Bonitas how can you justify keeping someone's money as a type of fine when they did not receive your notifications and since other people received phone calls and I did not. That is the total of 3 weeks traveling fair, a month's fresh fruit and vegetables, food for our cat and dog or a visit to my physio, whom you do not cover, for treatment of my scoliosis. If you confirmed that I do not fall in the highest income bracket why do you need to keep the extra R303? Is this some sort of punishment for not receiving your notifications?
