Deducted an extra R2000 out of my account!
So I submitted all my income verification documents on time.. yet they deduct R2096 over and above my contribution. Now i'm left with hardly any money in my account. I phoned the call centre and apparently they can only refund me next week Wednesday.. WTactualF.. Im a mommy to a 10 month old little boy, How do I buy what he needs? Seriously considering cancelling with Bonitas.
