Declining treatment on a PMB condition - Against the law

Declining care & diagnosis for PMB conditions, Bonitas you NOT above the law (Medical Schemes Act), your internal rules DO NOT overrule the PMB treatment in the law. My father is in heart and renal failure, lying in a hospital bed in ICU, is being treated by a Cardiologist which was approved to do a procedure in October 2025, with a medical plan of action. My father's heart stopped on Friday night and we had to resuscitate and get him to a hospital immediately. He was taken to the nearly hospital to stabilize and then transferred to the ICU ward where his Cardiologist is practicing. The Cardiologist needs to do further scans and tests and now Bonitas, once again in their wisdom think they are above the law by declining the diagnosis and testing to determine the reason for the heart stopping, so the correct procedures and actions can be taken, going forward. I have warned you and have already involved legal counsel against you this year. I think we are heading to a court of law. This is enough. It is not fun to have to resuscitate your own father!!!!!!
