Declined our request for orthodontic benefit

<p>Bonita’s declined our request for orthodontic benefit BECAUSE we should have send the request in two months before she turned 18! But we did not know two months before she turned 18 that this procedure would be necessary, so how could one request something randomly two months before your child turns 18. Her wisdom teeth were removed in January and we thought that no orthodontic procedures would be necessary. We thought with the removal of the wisdom teeth no further procedures would be necessary. Bonita’s also do not want to pay for the extraction of her four teeth due to no pre authorization, which they said we should have got TWO months before she is 18 that was necessary before they start with the orthodontic procedure, which is ridiculous, because that is not part of the "braces". The dentist is also not an orthodontist so Bonita’s don't understand that is not an orthodontist they need to pay</p>
