Deceased Estate

My mother passed away in June 2015 - Bonitas Medical Aid was notified immediatley - there were two outstanding amounts due from the medical aid - one was a portion of her monthly premium and the second is from her accumulated savings. The documents that Bonitas required for this small amount were duely sent - additional documents were then required and were duely sent - these documents as required by SA law being the sole executer of her small estate - were the same as was sent to ALL other parties - including 2 overseas pensions, local & foriegn bank accounts & local insurance companies. All other parties, within 6 months had efficently settled my Mother's affairs and yet 12 months later Bonitas seems incapable of forefilling their obligation and finally putting her affairs to rest. I have sent 13 emails with countless reference numbers have been given i.e. Q180516QS257T, M ********** 437, 220416QR33BF, M ********** 1997, ********** 7544 etc - more than 10 reference numbers - the last being Q180516QS257T which stated due to year end they were to busy to attend to this problem. The ineffciency and lack of humanity is beyond comprehension.

One month later and I am still waiting to be contacted by someone in the Bonitas Team - having been told that this would be speedily resolved - your company exceeds the limits of inefficiency!
