just received my care plan for chronic that i hv no idea when i was diagnosed by whome? when? where? how? what is my signs and symptoms?
this care plan us supposed to be for my husband but now im being diagnosed by the mefical scheme not a doctor. what is going on here? no man y cant you get it right .. why now all the confusion? after 3 yrs? cnt u think for yourselves??? .. so now u going to deplete my savings for your stupidity. can u not read the info on the script??
