Debt collector notice after payment arrangements

This is the second time I am posting on here and I notice that others have experienced the same frustrations regarding Bonitas' communication.<br> <br> I have made arrangements with the Scheme to pay back money in respect of arrears (after terminating membership I was informed that I still owe a monthly payment and a savings amount that was depleted).<br> <br> My request for payment arrangements was received and granted by the Bonitas Medical Scheme Finance<br> <br> I made the first payment and now I received notice that I have been handed over to the Debt Collector.<br> I am frustrated because I cannot get through to someone who can assist, I rather receive reference numbers.<br> <br> I really need guidance here!!!!
