Debit Orders Continue when Cover Cancelled!!

From D Govender (my Mum)<br> <br> I am a female of 58 yrs old who retired on the 30 April 15 due to illness. My past company requested Bonitas to terminate my membership because I was no longer their employee.<br> <br> I in turn requested Bonitas to reinstate me as a member in May after completing the required forms but however I received a confirmation at the end of May confirming that my membership was terminated at the end of 30 April 15. Please take note I was not a member as yet in May 15.<br> <br> I completed Bonitas's registration forms again in June to be reinstated as a new member but this was not done.I have been on chronic medication for 25 yrs but I did not receive any medication after completing the necessary forms.<br> <br> I sent 4 emails to [Email Removed]<br> <br> Ref Numbers- 240615QBN7N7- Reply, You are no longer a member of the medical aid. You were terminated on the 30 April 15.<br> Ref Number 300615QBVDG0 - Reply, You are no longer a member of the medical Aid.<br> Ref Number 070715QD24LN - You are no longer a member of the medical aid. <br> <br> After all the communication and proof that I was not reinstated, an amount of R4204.00 and amount of R1191 was taken off my bank account.
