Debit Order not changed
I have called and emailed my request request to change my banking details on the13/6/2017, this request however went into a black hole and nothing was done about it. On the last day of August , Bonitas tried to debit the old bank account account and there was not sufficient funds in that account and the bank has charged all unpaid fees. If only my email request was amended this would not have happen. I am tried of Bonitas and currently shopping around for another medical Aid. I have ben with them for over 8 years.
