<p>I am so dissappointed, Bonitas is sending me letters of an outstaing debt that I don't understand even their consultants can't explain what is this money for. I received a letter dated 03 May 2017 stating , REMINDER- OUTSTANDING DEBT AFTER TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP , Total due by ***. </p> <p>Recieved 2nd letter dated 24 May 2017 stating, NO RESPONSE : TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP -OUTSTANDING DEBT, Total due by member R838. Can somebody tell what the hell is going on cause as far as I know I dont owe bonitas a cent , I am due for a refund I didnt use all my savings last year and I need my refund . Is this the way you do things when you are suppose to refund your clients and you claim they owe you. Why do I get 2 letters same month with different amounts could you please sort this with your finance department and I don't want any calls from Scheme Debt Collecter as I dont owe you. If you can't sort this I will take it further , train your consultants cause it seems they dont know how to deal with clients and give the right information . Please contact me a.s.ap</p>
