Day to day benifit
I've had the worst experience with them when it comes to day to day benifits the amount allocated is not fair at all.
I took my daughter to the pediatrician on the 12/09/17 i got a authorization number but later found out after the consultation i had to pay in R795. 00 because my day to day was depleted my question is how can everything come from your day to day from Xrays to bloodtest to specialist consultations I pay R4000 for R4150 day to day benifits which was depleted by april this year.
Its a total rip-off
