Hello Peter this is my 3rd writing to you re my concern of my unpaid claims since Bonitas Boncap went with administrator PHA. My medical aid number *** practice *** authorized accounts.

17 Jan was rejected then when hell Peter stepped in part was paid. They still owe me R650.00 since Jan and as promised by Tarryn Pieterse this was going to be paid I am still waiting. Then the same practice the April account has been rejected also authorized. I have lost my patience as they have made empty promises and team leaders and back office have just made promises. I would like the powers that be general management to know what is actually going on Ricardo Manuel or Lee Kalokoppen as I don't think they are aware that Boncap and PHA are falling apart at the seams. Can someone do something about my delemma. The service is appalling costing me and the doctors time and that is money. I await your positive feedback once and for all. Mrs D. Lamb ***
