Shocking *********** resolution to my query. Since 20 Jan 2023 which was authorized by Bonitas auths ***0 for Dr Edeling PR *** for 17 Jan 2023 has been rejected and not one consultant, team leader is capable of resolving my query. Promises to return my calls have been in vain. Dr Edeling rooms has been querying this as well. Seems as though the claims dept is not competent to get to the root of the problem. Mem number ***. PHA is totally a mess in understanding what is going on. Kindly get to the bottom of this crisis. Contact me on ***
