Cruel to a Pensioner

In December 2017 I could not afford their premium so the Debit order was unpaid so I assumed they revoked my membership CM Eksteen Member ********** 1383. On the 2nd of March (2 Months later) they debited my account with 2 premiums of R4361 each WITHOUT WARNING which put me in Financial Crisis. I contacted them for a refund but all I got some hogwash about procedures- I am in the process of joining Bestmed which as a 66 year old pensioner is affordable
