It seems like the only way to get assistance from bonitas and for my queries to he sorted out is via hello Peter . I've been struggling to get my medical aid sorted out for a couple of months and finally on 27th September my medical aid was activated and backdated to 1 September. Today I called call center who told me my monthly contribution is R2900. After I ran around to get an affidavit confirming I'm currently unemployed and get R3500 from my tenants who pays rent. I should be on the lowest income bracket and my contribution should be R1270. So here I am still no medical aid and I'm diabetic and in need of my insulin. So I must now pay cash for my insulin and pay medical aid . I need this issue fixed asap
