In my previous emails I illustrated this even underlining in colour. And I'm allowed one visit per year to the gynaecologist. Investigate this before regurgitating previously used excuses and bull****. I will take this to court if you want and lay charges against your company and I will sue your company for my lost time and stress of this ****!!sort this out before I make this very ugly for you all and prove your false advertising! Use my previous communication with the useless people handling this matter to investigate my claims, for Goodness sake! I cant pay you, do your jobs for you and still have to pay for a ****ing pap smear while you all run circles around bull**** excuses which are contradictory.

this issue of what was processed when and how is soley your company's fault. The doctor processed the claim when I still had benefits. I didn't need a specialist letter, as stated several billion times before. The "glitch" is your systems problem. SUDDENLY using a new excuse about the fact that SUDDENLY it will only be paid if it's maternity related is utter ******* and a feeble excuse. After 2/3months of this nonsense, how do you suddenly find this as an excuse? I constantly have quoted your own words and e-mails, with pictures and my own highliting to show you that your are contradicting yourselves, and at the end of the day, it all reverts back to the fact that both the doctor and I both did our part, there were funds in my day-to-day benefits at that time, and the fact that your company processed this claim and rejected it on the basis of "needing a specialist refererral" is NOT MY NOR THE DOCTORS fault.

AGAIN I state, pay the doctor! Never has the excuse of "maternity related" **** been used in all these months. A gynaecological visit for a pap-smear and check up ONCE per anum is allowed. it is stated so. WITHOUT a referral letter.

EVERYTHING I submit, everything that happens where I have to even go to an emergency room, is a hassle to process IF you ever even process the claims. My savings was not finished in this time period of the appointment/consultation. Also, kindly advise as to why I'm paying so much money every month, and state exactly where my money is going to. Why am I always having such problems with your company even when your t.v. adverts state otherwise? I changed over from Discovery health as I had great service from Bonitas when I was a dependant fora decade+ on my father's medical aid. I was also not fully refunded for my Dr.Anagnastopoulos consultation and waiting to see what drama and excuses your company will give me for Dr.Pearl's visit. The whole of last year I had hell trying to get assistance for my TMJ dysfunction with Dr Antoniades. AmI just paying your company to find loopholes and excuses to not take care of me? I even had to pay my blood tests and Dr visit when I was violently ill and rushed to the N17 hospital... false advertising comes to mind. Both my medical practitioner, his wife and I have gone far beyond the call of duty per your expectations and have done our best since March/April. Can you kindly finally provide me with the "quality" service your company claims to have in all the media marketing your company pumps their clients'money into (per the Consumer Protection Act). I will be driving through to head office on Friday with all my evidence, that I will be printing today to fight this and prove your company wrong in.black.and white. And I will be taking this much further.

I will be coming on Moday, with my mother who will be fighting with you about why my fathers specialist's visit (for his chronic illness) hasn't been paid... this issue of what was processed when and how is soley your company's fault.

I basically have been paying nearly everything since February!

My Monday visit with my file of evidence, will be unfortunately your last chance to ACTUALLY resolve this issue sensibly, as your company has wasted so much of my valuable time and energy, further worsening my stress and anxiety levels, which in turn, will inevitably prove to lead to more doctor's and psychological visits. I though you were supposed to HELP people who pay your company for a service? why must I spend my days pointing out your mistakes and contradictions, which constantly point to your company being at fault, and not the Doctor, not I? Will you pay me for this wasted time? or should I sue for damages? without prejudice or judicial consequences

AND FIX MY FREAKING ADDRESS TO 35 HILLS ROAD, SELECTION PARK, SPRINGS, 1559 ON MY TAX CERTIFICATE AND RE-SEND IT TO ME!

I HAVE TOLD YOUR COMPANY THIS ABOUT THIS ADDRESS ISSUE 3/4 TIMES NOW!!!

ACT LIKE ****** PROFESSIONALS AND STOP MAKING CLIENTS WHO PAY YOU UNHAPPY, AND UPSET EVERY TIME THEY GET ILL, WHEN THEY TRY GET BETTER, AND UTTERLY ENRAGED WHEN WE SEE THE NAME "BONITAS" ON AN E-MAIL OR THE FALSE ADVERTISING ON T.V.

without prejudice or judicial consqeunces

Good day Marilyn,
As stated in every contact with your company, I'm unavailable telephonically from 7am until 3pm daily. Read through all communication and all complaints on hellopeter.com in order to be fully aware of the context. I also prefer communication in writing due to accumulation of evidence. I have proif from your company, that on the date the doctor's rooms submitted the claim, there was R1000+ in my day to day benefits. Should you have read all relating to this case, then you would know all these tricks and loopholes of excuses have been played on me already. All your statements contradict what I was told in person at your Florida walk in centre. Please don't pick one section of months long of communication to suddenly respond to. I have all my evidence in check. Someone submitted the claim for my 1st and only gynaecologist visit as needing a referral. Kindly investigate who that asshole was, as I also want that person's name to lay charges on small claims court.
Without prejudice or judicial consequences,
Miss T.M. Drazek
