Constant uphill battle for payments and refunds!

My savings was not finished in this time period of the appointment/consultation. Also,kindly advise as to why I'm paying so much money every month, and state exactly where my money is going to. Why am I always having such problems with your company even when your t.v. adverts state otherwise? I changed over from Discovery health as I had great service from Bonitas when I was a dependant fora decade+ on my father's medical aid. I was also not fully refunded for my Dr.Anagnastopoulos consultation and waiting to see what drama and excuses your company will give me for Dr.Pearl's visit. The whole of last year I had hell trying to get assistance for my TMJ dysfunction with Dr Antoniades. AmI just paying your company to find loopholes and excuses to not take care of me? I even had to pay my blood tests and Dr visit when I was violently ill and rushed to the N17 hospital... false advertising comes to mind. Kindly advise as to why i need a specialist referral for a pap-smear and check up? When I was on as a beneficiary of my father on bonitas for 28+ years, and still now at 30years old,when u put me on the medical aid I was and am still a female with female parts. That must get checked up on!
What kind of bull**** story is this now?! I cannot believe how low medical aids stoop for a buck and I pay through my ass for everything in cash?!
