Consil does not scare Bonitas

Bonitas is the worst medical aid ever, My son 15 years old was in a server motor vehicle accident on the 03.04.2017 and sustained server injuries. He had Brain injuries with brain bleeding, Right clavicle fracture, Right hip fracture, Pelvis fracture, Right Femur fracture, and both ankle's. He was in the Montana hospital from the 03.04.2017 until the 02.05.2017, he was then transfer to Eugene Marais rehabilitation until as he had to learn to walk and help him self again with general activity's. When his discharges was planned the the****** at the rehabilitation center said he will need further therapy from occupational speech the****** and Physiothe******. I called Bonita's and asked how do we apply for PMB benefits they said to me they need motivation letter, and quotations from the providers. I called all of the providers and asked for the info once I received it I submit my request to Bonita's. On the 03.08.2017 On the 06.08.2017 I received a responds from Bonita's with a PMB treatment plan on that all the providers that have send in there motivation letters and quotations was given 12 extra sessions for my son's therapy. By the end of October /November 2017 these sessions was now all depleted and the as the sessions past the provider submitted there claim's to Bonita's. Bonita's now refuse to pay these providers, Myself and the providers have called Bonita's numerous time but with no success. I went so fare to lay a complaint with the counsel of medical scheme but it seems like Bonita's is not secret even of them I layer a second complain but still the providers is not getting the money they should.
