Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Bonitas Medical Fund *Rating:* 1 out of 5 *Review:* Again one is left battling with new applications for this Medical Scheme. Agile health who administers the schemes application process are not answering their phones at this CRITICAL time of the year. How is it that other schemes can get it right yet every year since the start of Agile Health administering the scheme December is even more of a nightmare than the rest of the year which is also a nightmare when it comes to applications. Bonitas is otherwise a good scheme but Agile Health let's the team down. EVERY SINGLE time I have a new application it is a nightmare to deal with them. I so wish they would get this sorted or get someone who can actually administer the application process like it should be managed.
