Compliment for Tash Thevan, an employee at Bonitas

Firstly, let me start by saying that the 5 star rating for this review is for an employee at Bonitas and not for Bonitas itself.

I had been having numerous challenges with Bonitas regarding payments for a procedure I had on 15 January 2021. Despite having had surgery on my tongue I had been making calls to Bonitas as the payments were affected due to an upgrade in my plan. I was advised at the time that the transition would be smooth however that had not been the case. Bonitas really needs to relook at this process as their employees clearly do not know what they are doing.

I also received varied responses which was quite frustrating so 3 weeks after my queries started I sent a private message on the Bonitas Facebook page and was promptly assisted by Tash Thevan. She called me on the date and time I requested, liased with the relevant departments at the same time regarding my queries and basically went out of her way to assist me. She was very patient (the call lasted approximately an hour and a half), professional and also provided me with the correct information. The very next day I started receiving the correct confirmations from Bonitas and exactly a week later, as promised by Tash she sent me an update via email regarding my queries which have since been resolved. I was very impressed as most of the time you do not receive any feedback and have to instead follow up.

Tash has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and should be considered a valued employee of Bonitas. Thanks somuch Tash!
