Compliment for Pfunzo Lidovho, employee of Bonitas

This first star rating goes specifically to Ms. Pfunzo Lidovho, an employee of Bonitas Medical Aid who firstly sorted out a review of one of my claims, resulting in a favourable outcome, and secondly gave the most amazing service I have received from anyone at Bonitas to date.

From the word go, Pfunzo went out of her way to explain the process to me and to assist in the requirements for the review. She kept me informed of the progress at all times, which included keeping her promises of following-up and contacting me regularly to provide feedback. In all my interactions with her, be it telephonic or via email, she was professional, helpful and never impatient or rude. She has made this my most pleasurable dealing with Bonitas, as I have had dealings with other Bonitas employees who just never bother to make true on their promises.

So, well done Pfunzo!! I believe you are a huge asset to Bonitas and I hope that they value you and do everything in their power to retain your services.
