Compliment for great service received!
<p>I just wanted say well done to a lady by the name of Thandeka from Bonitas call center for the manner she assisted me in when I called the Bonitas call center seeking clarity on the claim that was submiitted. She was well articulate and very friendly when I spoke with her on the phone. I hope Bonitas recognise what a great asset they have in this lady.</p>
