Completely Unfair

I have had terrible experience with Bonitas. Have been a faithful member for 4 years. My first pregnancy was great, they covered everything. Now that I want to register my second pregnancy all of a sudden no private hospitals in my area are available. I have never been notified that the list of hospitals have changed. or that my benefits have increased of the years. It is utterly unfair to be treated this way. As a member I expect to be treated as important and to be informed of what I am paying for every month. Every year the rates go up and apparently, the benefits you get back decreases - WITHOUT NOTICE. I now have to drive a far way to have gynie visits and a hospital which they cover. If i would've know this, of course I would've canceled the minute I didn't have a hospital in my area anymore, which they obviously know. SO instead of letting their clients know, they just do it in secret until you want to file a claim and then decide to let you know that scheme hospitals, networks, etc has changed. Unprofessional. Disgusting.
