Complaint about Bonitas medical aid
We have been dealing with a query about a refund for over a month now with Bonitas Medical Aid. We have spoken to numerous agents in the call centre and they say they will call back. To date we still have not had a call from them. We keep calling and get out on hold. This is the worst service from a call centre ever experienced.
