**** company, worst service, worst communication, worst insurance in South Africa.
Dog **** company, we change bank accounts, CONFIRM THAT WE HAVE TO PAY THE MONEY MANUALLY to Bonitas, Bonitas proceeds to debit the old account thereby creating debt for us and daily charges. They do not help in anyway, say "sorry ma'am" to my wife about the penalty charges on a bank account in arrears. Absolutely useless, 7 days to get back to any phone call.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS ******* COMPANY, they will never help you. There are MANY other medical aids that will strive to help you and offer the same benefits, this **** company is only a name.
